To submit now:
Send your no obligation request for an editing or proofreading estimate using the appropriate form.
After you submit the form you will be taken to a page where you can upload your document.
Upon completion of the upload, you will see a pop-up acknowledgement and be taken to our first step payment page. You will also receive an email acknowledgement.
At the first step payment page, you have the option of paying immediately or waiting for an invoice. Immediate payment is required for essays under 900 words long. A link is provided to a page through which you can make payment. Click on the link to go to a payment page.
For new clients only, we will immediately edit the first 300 words of documents over 900 words. We know you're in a hurry, so we're going to get your sample edit back to you as fast as we can. Our repeat clients already know and trust our service, so we will simply sent them the invoice without the sample edit.
You will receive the document with the edits showing using the "Track Changes" tool in MS Words.
We will send you an invoice through PayPal for the cost of the whole job.
If the estimate is acceptable to you, then pay the invoice and the completed essay will be returned to you within 24 hours (12 hours if you choose rush service.) The invoice will include the cost of the sample edit. If the estimate is not acceptable, then simply ignore the invoice.
Invoices that remain unpaid after 24 hours will be cancelled at no obligation to the client. However, a $1 administration fee will be applied to invoices that are subsequently re-issued at the client's request.
For documents under 900 words, users must pay immediately following upload. In cases where payment is not made, we will send an invoice with an additional $1 administration fee.
If the number of words entered in the order form is not correct, and payment is made at the time of upload, then a refund will be issued for credits over $5.00. Alternatively, an invoice for any shortfall, plus a $5 administration fee will be issued. If the invoice is not paid by the original deadline of the order, the order will be considered cancelled in its entirety, and the original fee will be refunded.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service, we will issue a full refund. We do not guarantee that you will receive any grade or outcome as a result of our editing. We do not guarantee that we will catch 100% of all grammatical errors.
Free services are rendered as a courtesy and no guarantee is given as to the accuracy or suitability of the response for your purpose. We reserve the right to limit free services in any way that we deem appropriate, including refusing service to anyone who abuses this service.
